EMA conducted the RCRA post-closure quarterly groundwater monitoring, statistical data evaluations, and report preparations from 2003 to 2005 for the this company’s plant in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania. Work included groundwater pump replacement and repair of electrical control panel for existing groundwater extraction system and negotiations with the PA Department of Environmental Protection.
