Augusta-Richmond County Golf Course HSI No. 10463

EMA conducted a soil and groundwater investigation at a HSRA Site located at the Augusta-Richmond County Golf Course in 1998. The objective of the investigation was to delineate the extent of the contamination associated with a pesticide and herbicide release at this facility. Augusta-Richmond County removed the contaminated soils based on the results of the site investigation. A Compliance Status Report (CSR) indicating that the facility was in compliance with the Type I Risk Reduction Standards was prepared by EMA in 1998. Site was removed from the HSI list by EPD in March 2000. The following picture is after all contaminated soils had been removed and the Site restored to original condition.
