Performed Environmental Compliance audit for educational/research facilities including main college campus, two hospitals, dental center, and animal research facility.  Facilities consist of over 600 laboratories, several LQG hazardous waste management areas, central power plant, 15 USTs, 25 ASTs, real estate facilities, and numerous chemical storage areas.  Developed database audit software system for evaluating and recording quarterly audits.  EMA awarded 2001 thru 2018 contracts for continued compliance inspections based on favorable EPA audit.  Prepared SPCC Plan and conducted numerous Phase I ESA’s for property acquisitions.
