EMA, in conjunction with REM-CON, installed the manhole, flume, and ISCO flow meter. EMA conducts the required composite discharge sampling and prepares monthly discharge reports for the Plant. As part of the expansion of this Plant, EMA revised the Permit and acts as the liaison with the City of Atlanta.
