1065 Howell Mill Rd Site (Welcome Years Site) HSI No. 10637

EMA conducted a soil and groundwater investigations at this Site located in Atlanta, Georgia in 2006.  The objective of the investigation was to delineate the extent of the contamination associated with the metals release at this facility.  Impacted soils were subsequently removed by EMA’s affiliated remediation company bringing the site back into compliance with the applicable HSRA Risk Reduction Standards.  A Compliance Status Report (CSR) was prepared and submitted to EPD in August 2006.
